Tonight a debut from a fine, young trumpeter Henry Armburg Jennings. Henry started playing trumpet (and piano) at the age of five, by the age of fourteen he had joined the National Youth Jazz Orchestra (NYJO) and had officially become a professional. He's been working ever since and has performed at venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Jazz Café, 100 Club and Ronnie Scott’s. His playing credits include Sir John Dankworth and Cleo Laine, Pete King, Martin Drew, Dave Green and Clark Tracey. He has just recorded and released his debut album "Out of the Starting Blocks" which includes Alex Garnett and Leon Greening.
